Wedding Update

Deepskyfrontier and Sgeo have informed me that the date of the recent wedding is exactly ten years after Arcadia's first appearance, an anniversary that was revealed to be the planned wedding date back in 2005. This self-imposed deadline may partly explain the reason for the story arc coming to the point so quickly. The fact that it happened to fall on a Sunday is surely a small insight into how much of a well-oiled machine Superosity truly is.

It also turns out that the nondescript person to the far right of the wedding comic's first panel is Deepskyfrontier himself. The jerk no doubt took Corey Feldman's place, leaving poor Corey to scrounge up salted rust flakes for dinner instead of feasting on delicious wedding cake. Alan appears to fancy Deepskyfrontier however, so it may turn out for the best. With luck there may be more Superosity wedding bells ringing in 9 years and 352 days.

Sgeo notes that the date was set during the same storyline that revealed the truth of the nano-robotic hearts. Given the hooplah immediately following, and the fact that we are yet to see how Boardy ruins Chris' wedding (not to mention which Boardy is to ruin Chris' wedding), this may be a note worth noting.

By the way, I'm Sgeo, not Sgego, although I think I'm feeding my ego (hah!) by writing this

Sorry. Fixed it.

I'm happy that Sgeo is here, making the comments. Now there are like... four... of us? I believe that Superosity fandom is probably an extraterrestrial SUPERGENIUS APTITUDE TEST and that we'll someday find ourselves on a spaceship hurtling back in time to the space time continuum in ways only Superosity has prepared us for. Now I'm sure there will be at least four of us on the spaceship. And that's enough for a SUPER SQUAD, so bring it on.

And Chris, obviously, will be the captain.

Indeed. I wouldn't have been so terse previously, but I had to be somewhere and didn't have time to do anything more than fix my error and acknowledge Sgeo's comment.

So, Sgeo: you are very welcome here and are encouraged to participate further and maybe even do some edits for the Superosity Wiki. It's a very rewarding practice, because even though there is no immediate recognition for your efforts you get the satisfaction of knowing that you're on the very edge of the Superosity scholarship that is bound to take the world by storm any day now.

PS. While I'm at it I'll note that Deepskyfrontier and Zgeycp are appreciated for their participation too.

PPS. The Superosity Super Squad Super Hour would be a good name for a television show which plays a half hour Superosity cartoon followed by a half hour Angelipups cartoon. If the extraterrestrials fail to recognise our genius, we should suggest such a show to one of those fancy people who make television shows exist.

Thank you! :D. I'd be more encouraged about the Superosity wiki if spammers weren't taking over, though. What I think would be useful is, for each non-major character, a list of storylines the character appears in. Of course, a thorough list would be difficult, but as editors review storylines, it might be simple to, for instance, think "Oh, Dark Boardy's in this one" and add the storyline to DB's page. Also, keeping track of dates as they are mentioned in the comic.

Yeah, damn spam. Every time I try to make some small addition there's more junk to clean up. It's not even advertising anything, it's just gibberish being put there for reasons that I can only suppose to be malicious. The links certainly aren't to real URLs.

I think it mostly gets dumped onto blank pages though, so at least there's that.

Actually, quite a few good pages were vandalised recently too. Oh well.
